MISSION STATEMENT
Traditional industrial countries are suffering from increased competition from factories in Third World countries. As a counter measure, too many industries are "delocalising" by transferring their production to the various countries that compete against them. By doing so, many jobs are lost in the original country and there is rising unemployment and a lot of suffering with it. The escape road that some companies are taking is that of manufacturing more advanced products, but they seldom find enough qualified manpower in their local labour market.
ImagineSource Quality Systems mission is to serve such traditional industrial societies by outsourcing many labour and skill intensive tasks, thus creating jobs in India and by making that company more competitive, also saving jobs in the industrial country.
An honest account on Quality
There are many Indian companies that are capable of world-class quality; we are also justly proud of past accomplishments like the Taj Mahal and the atomic bomb (it didn't explode in our labs!). In spite of this us, Indians, have to admit that quality is not built into our popular culture with the same pervasiveness it is in Germany or Japan, a national characteristic that seems to afflict also the Chinese. It is this that leaves us a bit mystified when we see so many websites in India profusely adorned with the word Quality.
At imagineSource we have learnt Quality the hard way, from our own mistakes. Our European Chairman has always insisted in quality above everything else, it is even in our Company name, but being Indians we initially thought "why does he worry? it will work". Mistake!!!
Today we start our day with a very clean working environment, we continue with a clean mind and with love in our hearts for You, our client, who will receive the present of our best efforts. We understand what Quality means and what it takes. Now we know how much effort we need to invest into the quality of every project and how much money and time it will save for us and for our customers later. Now our European Chairman is proud of us.
Therefore, when we now dare to write big "YOU CAN TRUST US FOR QUALITY" you know that these are not the usual empty words, rather they are full of meaning for us. So they are for You.
